WHO WE ARE…

Roy and Patti Geesey have been serving as the lead pastors of Outreach Church since it began with a small handful of people. With a yes in their hearts, and a simple plan of radical obedience to His leading, it has been their privilege to see God’s purpose unfold and the church become what it is today. Outreach Church is now a multi-campus church, where lives are transformed through the simple gospel of Jesus, the life-changing power of His presence, and Spirit-led worship. 

Roy grew up surfing and fishing in South Florida, and fell in love with Jesus after a life-changing encounter that radically marked him forever. He moved to Greenville where he met the love of his life, Patti, in 1998. Their love for Jesus, and desire to see others know Him, led them to serve together in their local church in various areas, from leading worship to pastoring children, youth, and young adults. In 2009 Roy stepped away from his business and began full-time ministry, pastoring Outreach Church. After 25 years in ministry, his fire and passion for the Lord and preaching the gospel has only grown. A gifted communicator, his messages are as prophetic as they are practical.

Roy and Patti have been happily married since 2001 and have two children, Aliah and Jaxon.  They enjoy good food, quiet nights at home, and traveling, whether it’s relaxing on a beach in Aruba or snowboarding the mountains of Utah. Roy is an avid bow hunter and spends as much time as he can every fall, in a tree stand chasing whitetail deer.
